1. Prepaid label is provided after troubleshooting + shipping authorization. If a unit is later found ineligible, customer is responsible for shipping (including return shipping).
2. Express Turnaround requires original packaging, matching serial number, and no significant scratches/dents/damage.
3. Express Turnaround replacement units are refurbished (like-new condition) and subject to inventory availability.
4. 10-business-day guarantee applies to Premium repairs that don’t qualify for Express Turnaround; excludes shipping time.
5. Burrs are wear-and-tear components and are not covered under warranty or Premium Protection.
6. $25 professional burr change & alignment is available for Premium members when purchasing new burrs from DF Grinders; customer covers shipping for this service.
